Earlier this week, Oregon Gov. Kate Brown said most COVID-19 restrictions in the state will be lifted when 70% of Oregonians 16 and older have had at least one vaccine shot. On Thursday, the CDC put out new guidance saying that people who are vaccinated against the virus can stop wearing masks in most places, and Brown announced that Oregon will follow the same guidance. But are tired and traumatized Oregonians ready to start returning to something like pre-pandemic life?
