Elizabeth Caruthers Park
3508 SW Moody Ave.
June 21, 3-8 p.m., and June 22, 12-6 p.m.
This year’s event features 104 ciders poured by 29 cider vendors. The line-up includes ciders from 5 states and 6 countries. Oregon producers make up nearly half the line-up with 48 ciders, with Washington producers offering 20 products. New for 2013 is the addition of a “dog lounge” hosted by DoveLewis, bicycle valet from Go by Bike, a Cider Summit weekend hotel package from The Westin Portland, and expanded food selections. Brewvana will be offering shuttle service to the event from Belmont Station, The Beermongers, and Bushwhacker Cider. Cider Summit will also feature a collectible tasting glass this year, replacing the plastic stemware used in previous events. The event will continue to feature live music and a “bottles to go” store onsite.
Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 (cash only) at the door. The event is 21 and over only. Dogs of all ages will be allowed on event grounds.
