Estacada Summer Celebration
July 26 & 27
The 13th-annual Estacada Summer Celebration is a free arts and music festival in downtown Estacada. Includes diverse music performances on the main stage, art fair, hands-on art activities for families, circus skills workshops, and silent art auction. Celebrates the annual painting of the Artback Artists Cooperative mural, a large, outdoor mural-in-a-weekend project (a repainting of Joe Cotter's 1999 "The Cycle of Wood.")
Friday night begins with a music crawl of local musicians playing in downtown businesses and culminates with main-stage performances by Spittin' Image (hip hop) and the Tommy Hogan Band (rock and blues). Saturday kicks-off with Circus Cascadia clown show, followed throughout the afternoon and evening with Sally Sally Jenko and the Billycan Boys (jug band/bluegrass), Anton Emery (Irish), Grupo Condor (Latin American folk), The Strange Tones (blues, rockabilly, surf, R&B) and ending the evening with NW Women and Blues.
Friday, July 26, 6 p.m.-10 p.m. and Saturday July 27 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.
