  • Into Darkness — A short adventure essay about the experience of exploring the secret underworld of caves.   • My Mother was a Coast Guard SPAR— The SPARs (Semper Paratus Always Ready) were Coast Guard women reservists recruited during World War II so that “men could go to war.” Based on the memories of one of the initial 12 recruits, this documentary gives some historical insights about the discriminatory policies of the time.   • Goal Ball — Look at a fast-paced sport that involves individuals who are typically left out of traditional sports due to vision impairment.
