This month, the Umpqua Valley Arts Center in Roseburg is presenting a different kind of exhibit in their Red Gallery. Conditions of Possibility is a new multi-media show that organizers hope will start a dialogue about art and its role in the community. Artist and curator Renee Couture gives us a tour.
