TBA EATS: Blind Tasting Bingo
The three-night event included a different chef each evening preparing 15 miniature dishes for guests. With taste and smell as their only clues, blindfolded participants tried each dish and worked to name its ingredients in the hopes of scoring a perfect line of boxes on their bingo boards. OPB’s Katrina Sarson had the opportunity to blind taste before the bingo game with one of the event’s chefs: Jason French, owner of Ned Ludd.
