Ten people have been arrested in a food stamp fraud investigation in Salem, Ore.
The investigation concerned whether customers at a produce store were exchanging food benefits for cash.
Police arrested 22-year-old Holver Paniagua-Millan after a search warrant was served March 7 at Pantiaguas Produce. Five other people were arrested the same day.
Another four people have been arrested since then.
Police say Paniagua-Millan worked at the store. He was arrested for investigation of racketeering, computer fraud, food stamp fraud and identity theft.
