Another Miss Oregon will be crowned on Saturday.
After preliminary events through Friday, including the Miss Oregon Scholarship Program Parade at 2 p.m. Saturday in downtown Seaside, Miss Oregon and Miss Oregon’s Outstanding Teen will be crowned that night at the Miss Oregon Pageant.
Saturday’s program will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the Seaside Civic and Convention Center.
There are 22 contestants for Miss Oregon, 17 contestants for Miss Oregon’s Outstanding Teen and 25 Miss Oregon Princesses entries.
In addition to the parade and crowning ceremony, a “Pageant Camp for Princesses,” will be offered for young ladies who have an interest in competing someday in the Miss Oregon Scholarship Pageant.
Preliminary competitions in both the teen and miss divisions will continue tonight and Friday at the Seaside Civic and Convention Center. Tickets cost $26 per person tonight and $32 per person for Friday. Tickets for the pageant on Saturday are $36 per person.
