Five days after a landslide closed the eastbound lanes of Interstate 84 three miles west of Hood River, transportation officials say all lanes have been cleared and are open.
Contractors removed more than 3,000 cubic yards of rock and debris from the landslide, ODOT officials said in a news release.
More than 300 dump truck loads were necessary to clear the debris.
A debris flow warning remained in effect for the Columbia Gorge until 5 p.m. Monday.
State officials say travelers should be on the look out for mudslides, rockslides and landslides due to the wet hillsides and cliff faces following recent heavy rain.
