A federal judge has thrown out a half-million-dollar lawsuit that pitted a Chinese company against a Gresham tree farm.

The Capital Press reports that the lawsuit was dismissed because Asia Pacific Agricultural and Forestry Company didn’t supply requested evidence.

The Hong Kong-based company had claimed that Sester Farms of Gresham shipped thousands of incorrect trees as part of its order. The company also accused the nursery of botching export certificates.

Asia Pacific failed to respond to court orders that asked for documents supporting its claims.
