After 11 Hours, Texas State Senator's Filibuster Fails

Republicans in the Texas Senate have passed new abortion restrictions expected to close almost every abortion clinic in the state. Democratic state Senator Wendy Davis had spent nearly 11 hours Tuesday filibustering the bill.
