Baltimore Activists Use Art And The Web To Fight Blight

Baltimore has a slumlord problem. In some places, whole blocks of abandoned and vacant buildings sit boarded up, but few of the owners of these blighted buildings are held accountable. Some in the city are trying to change that through a public art project that names building owners and a blog that catalogues who’s contributing to the problem.
