Cypriots Question EU's Motives Behind Bailout

Cyprus has secured a $13 billion package of rescue loans in tense, last-ditch negotiations. The European Central Bank had said it would stop providing limited liquidity to help Cypriot banks unless the country came up with a workable plan to raise a portion of the bailout funds needed to rescue its banks and its economy.
