Is This Arab Spring Country Finally Getting It Right?

On the third anniversary of its revolution, Tunisia finally seems to be on a track to democracy. Unlike in other Arab Spring nations, religious and secular factions are sitting down to hammer out a constitution, and the current government agrees to step aside to allow a non-partisan, caretaker government supervise new elections this year.
