Momentum Grows For Pakistan-Taliban Peace Talks

In Pakistan, there is new momentum for peace talks between the government and the Taliban. Both sides say they’re ready to talk, but the Taliban is putting stiff conditions on any negotiations, and analysts say the government lacks a coordinated strategy.
