Obama To Seek Congressional Approval For Action Against Syria

The White House has announced that President Obama will speak about Syria at 1:15 p.m. ET on Saturday, but the exact nature of the Rose Garden statement was not immediately clear.

The president has been considering a limited military strike against Syria, but he said Friday that he hadn’t yet made a decision.
