Sectarian Tensions Are On The Rise In Iraq

Massive Arab spring-style protests have come to the Sunni heartland of Iraq, calling for the downfall of the Shiite-led government. While Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al Maliki has met some of the Sunnis’ demands, his harsh prevention of any form of protest in the Iraqi capital Baghdad has only stoked more anger.
