Tacloban Stores Slowly Reopen But Debris Cleaning Is Ongoing

Life is slowly beginning to return to normal in Tacloban, the Philippine city devastated by a massive typhoon 12 days ago. The national death toll from the storm is around 4,000 people. Some 4 million have been displaced.
