Thousands Flee Northern Syria After Latest Airstrikes

Syrian rebels have captured most of the northeastern provincial capital, Raqqa. Government troops are holding out in a few isolated places, and amid the continued fighting there has been a major exodus of civilians, heading to Turkey.
