The investigation continues into the disappearance of 26-year-old Melody Kaye Mickel, the Hermiston woman last seen around 5:30 a.m. Thursday, April 26.

Mickel disappeared from her work at the Hermiston Rite Aid and was last seen with her estranged boyfriend, Albert Quiroz Martinez.

A temporary warrant has been entered nationwide for Martinez for kidnapping.

Mickel is described as white, with brown hair and brown eyes. She weighs about 124 pounds and stands 5 feet 5 inches tall.

Martinez is 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighs 160 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.

Mickel was seen entering a black 2006 Subaru Legacy with Oregon license plate 003CWZ before she vanished.

Anyone with information about the location of these two individuals is urged to contact local law enforcement or the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office at 541-966-3651.
