Political Chat: Oregon Gun Laws Stalled

The effort change to gun laws appears to be stalled.

In Salem, a package of proposed gun control bills is apparently in trouble, just like in the U.S. Senate a month ago.

Meanwhile, opponents of expanded health care had their argument bolstered by a study of the Oregon Health Plan.

A new data reveal that Oregon has the lowest level of vaccination of kindergarteners in the nation, and the debate over whether to put fluoride in Portland’s drinking water is heating up. Gun policy and public health. Sounds like a job for our political guys.
