An error in next year’s Oregon Sport Fishing Regulations booklet incorrectly lists the price of a license with a Columbia River Basin endorsement.

Page five of the pamphlet lists the price of a Senior Citizen Combination Angling and Hunting License with Columbia River Basin Endorsement at $32.25. It should read $35.25.

Jessica Sall is with the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife. She says several hundred thousand booklets were printed with the error.

“This correction will be made when people go to purchase a license, they will not be able to purchase a license for the incorrect price. In addition to the outreach efforts that we’re trying to let people know, it will be entered into our system that our point of sale agents will be able to point it out as well,” says Sall.

2014 fishing licenses, tags and endorsements go on sale December 1.
