An Oregon mom says music at a Portland concert by Justin Bieber hurt her ears and she's demanding millions from the pop star, the entertainment site TMZ reports.
Stacey Wilson Betts' suit says she took her daughter to a July 2010 show where she experienced a "sound blast" that left her with hearing problems including tinnitus, according to the website.
She's seeking more than $9 million.
TMZ says it has not heard back from Bieber and his representatives.
They posted a copy of the suit online.
