TriMet is investigating a complaint that a mother and her four children were forced off a bus late at night in Forest Grove after a fare dispute with the driver.
The Forest Grove News-Times reports that three passengers on the bus say the same driver was involved in a similar incident last year.
The latest incident occurred on June 7th. TriMet says it won't disclose the name of the driver until its investigation is complete.
According to a police dispatch report, the bus driver told an officer that the mother got on the bus with expired tickets.
The News-Times reports the bus driver told the officer she was late, and wanted the mother and her four children off the bus.
The mother, Maria Ruiz, told the officer she was going to pay.
In September, TriMet driver Claudeen Hendren served a 10-day suspension after she berated a young Forest Grove mother about her crying child.
