The teachers' strike in the Reynolds School District is over.

The two sides reached a tentative agreement early Saturday morning.

Details of the agreement aren¹t being shared, but both sides say it's fair. They¹re happy and relieved that the strike is over.

School will re-open on Tuesday, after the Memorial Day holiday. But, classes will start two hours late, to give teachers a chance to set up their rooms before students arrive.

Contract negotiations went through the night. Teachers and administrators first sat down to this round of talks early Friday afternoon. Reynolds school board members visited the talks in the middle of the night, and gave preliminary approval of certain parts of the contract.

The contract needs final approval from both teachers and the school board.
