Four of the people charged in connection with the occupation of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in Oregon have

also been indicted by a federal grand jury in Nevada for their roles in a 2014 armed standoff.

Now that the militants face charges in both states, the question remains where Ammon Bundy, Ryan Bundy, Ryan Payne and Pete Santilli are likely to be tried first.
