Yes, Memorial Day weekend is upon us, even though you wouldn’t know it by the weather. But the cold and the wet haven’t doused the spirits of politicians in Salem and Olympia, who were bubbling with activity this week. 

New developments on the bottle bill, the kicker, and the Washington budget.  To pick apart what was and was not done, Bill and Jeff have joined us again.
