It’s not as if the Oregon Department of Revenue was doing cartwheels Thursday, but it had a rare bit of good news.
According to the latest revenue forecast, Oregon will have about $129 million more to spend in the next budget cycle.
We’re getting some idea how lawmakers want to spend that money.
We also know more about how they want to draw the voting lines. And a federal judge takes another whack at the plan to manage dams and salmon on the Columbia.
