Political Chat: Judges Make News In Eugene, Boise

It may be the week just before the Oregon primary, but the most prominent news came from courtrooms in Eugene and Boise.

Judges in both Oregon and Idaho issued rulings in cases on same-sex marriage while that issue – and lots of others – were debated by candidates and their supporters in the days leading to the primary next week.
