The gavel has come down on the 2011 Oregon Legislative session.  House and Senate leaders formally closed the session Thursday afternoon.

Multiple voices: “… the 2011 regular session of the 76th legislative assembly is hereby adjourned Sine Die!” Gavel drop, cheering.

“Sine Die” — the traditional Latin phrase that ends the session.

Our politics guys have been following the session closely, and they have some thoughts on what did and did not get done.
