It’s a wet spring break, but it seems that politicians almost never take a break.

This week national pundits weighed in on the prospects for the U.S. Senate race here in Oregon.

A lengthy legal case between Bill Sizemore, Loren Parks and Oregon teachers was settled. And the national Dept. of Energy gave conditional approval for a Liquefied Natural Gas terminal proposed for Coos Bay.

Our political guys, Bill and Jeff, while not politicians, don’t take a break, either; they’re here again this morning to discuss politics. Bill Lunch is OPB’s Political Analyst; and Jeff Mapes is the senior political reporter for The Oregonian joined in the discussion Friday.
