With a catalog of clever songs all derived in one way or another from our national past time, The Baseball Project— Scott McCaughey, Steve Wynn, Linda Pitmon and Peter Buck—  joins us to play from the new Vol. 2: High & Inside. The band talks about that second helping (with plans perhaps for a third) and ruminates on the seemingly endless supply of stories and characters baseball and its history provide for songwriting fodder— from Ichiro Suzuki and Bill Buckner to Carl Mays and Big Ed Delahenty.

Look for the band on upcoming dates in the midwest and east coast.
