OPB and OMSI Present "A Night of Sherlock"

OPB and OMSI present a night of mystery and intrigue as we showcase the new OPB documentary “How Sherlock Changed the World” and celebrate the OMSI exhibit Sherlock Holmes: The International Exhibition. Held in OMSI’s new Empirical Theater, the event includes:
 
·A performance by the Readers Theatre Repertory of two radio plays based on Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s stories—The Problem of Thor Bridge and The Case of the Dead Adventuress.
 
·An advanced screening of part one of the new OPB documentary “How Sherlock Changed the World” (before it airs on OPB TV December 17). The special will explore the influence of the fictional detective on real forensic techniques and includes interviews with forensic scientists, toxicologists, crime scene investigators and criminal profilers. Includes graphic content from real crime scenes, recommended for ages 13 and up.
