Share Your Story Ideas With OPB News Reporters in Bend

OPB | March 18, 2014 9:39 a.m. | Updated: April 3, 2014 12:52 p.m.

OPB News reporters will be in Bend and want to hear from the community about stories that OPB should cover in the area. Meet one-on-one with OPB News Reporter David Nogueras, OPB News’ Public Insight Journalist Amanda Peacher and OPB News Blogger Lizzy Duffy as they ask:

  • How have you been personally affected by the changes and development in Bend?
  • How would you like to see Bend continue to grow?
  • What other stories would you like to see OPB News cover
that that you have personal experience with?

Upon arriving, individuals need to sign up for a time slot with a reporter. Each person will then get a few minutes of one-on-one time with an OPB News staffer to share experiences, tell them what stories they’re missing, and help shape OPB News’ coverage.

For more information about this event, visit our Facebook Event Page.

Community members who can’t attend can still share story ideas or other newsworthy experiences by emailing apeacher@opb.org or they can become part of OPB’s public insight network: http://www.opb.org/publicinsight.
