Season Three of Jazzy Vegetarian Serves Up Vegan Twists on American Family Classic Meals

NEW YORK, NY: Jazzy Vegetarian Laura Theodore continues to highlight the endless possibilities of a delicious and easy-to-prepare plant-based diet.  With the launch of the third season of Jazzy Vegetarian on public television, Laura continues her signature of creating innovative, yet familiar vegan recipes suitable for everyone’s palate.

 

Laura will also provide a second cookbook featuring all of the recipes from the third season of the TV show and many more. The popularity of the first Jazzy Vegetarian cookbook prompted the publisher to a second printing.

 

Season Three of Jazzy Vegetarian premieres nationally on public television in May 2013 and features quick-to-prepare and gourmet-style vegan dishes such as shish kebabs, burger and fries, spaghetti and ‘wheatballs,’ along with decadent desserts like blueberry cheeze-cake and black forest pecan pie. This coming season is chock-full of easy-to-follow, crowd-pleasing recipes that are all absolutely delicious!

 

Simple to incorporate into anyone’s lifestyle, Jazzy Vegetarian highlights plant-based meals – no dairy, no eggs, no meat - presented in innovative and festive ways. There is something for everyone this season, from seasoned vegans looking for new dishes, to family cooks interested in adding more plant-based meals to their repertoire.

 

In addition, Season Three features many full menus, including fun holiday, weekday, weekend and seasonal meal plans. New this season: Laura demonstrates how to use a variety of substitutes to ‘veganize’ timeless main dishes, desserts, soups, salads, and so much more.

 

Internationally recognized nutritional expert Dr. Pam Popper appears in each episode to talk about the dietary benefits of various foods highlighted in the recipes.
