It took Tim Power several years to perfect his sculpting technique and initially he didn't take anything too seriously, after all it was just something he did between jobs. He started with a fish, using a log and pounding copper onto the wood until a form began to take shape. Tim punches the scales into his figures and to make them more realistic he commissions the eyes from local glass-blowers.
