Collage Artist Mary Bertoli

An assignment to alleviate poverty in the Mississippi Delta changed Sister Mary Bertoli's life. She discovered a creative artistic side she never knew existed. The lack of materials and teachers in her area led Sister Mary to what was available: cheap tissue paper and glue. Now her tissue paper pictures capture the spirit of the people she met.

David Schiff

David Schiff is a world-famous composer as well as a professor at Reed College. A performance of his opera "Gimpel the Fool" is the highlight of the season for the Third Angle Music Ensemble. We watch him rehearse with the orchestra and singers.
