- Part conceptual art, part public transportation, Red Shoe Delivery Service is the brainchild of two women who offer strangers a ride to their destination if they agree to wear glittery red shoes (provided), click their heels together three times and say, "There's no place like home," just like Dorothy in "The Wizard of Oz." The artists videotape the transaction. The project is part of the annual Time-Based Art Festival.

- Portland, OR is home to the innovative dance company Bodyvox. Jamey Hampton and Ashley Roland, art directors/founders of Bodyvox take us through the creative process of building a production. Bodyvox draws on a wide variety of dance practices: modern, hip hop, classical. Collaboration with visual artist, Tad Savinar plays a vital role in this production. Elements of humor and a sense of magic are a necessary component in drawing in the viewer.
