Painter Ann Ruttan
462
Painter Ann Ruttan was born at the base of Mount Shasta, an area that inspired her artistic creativity at an early age. During her childhood, Ann began to draw, paint and study art in school. She continued her art studies in college at the Pacific Northwest College of Art. Presently, she has made a successful career as an impressionist landscape painter. Her work has been incorporated in many notable company collections including Nordstrom, Wells Fargo Bank, NW Medical, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, and many more. Ann’s work is a reflection of the America West and all the natural wonders it has to offer such as Yellowstone National Park, the Cascade and Rocky Mountains, the Columbia River, the River of No Return in Idaho, the Willamette Valley and the California deserts.
