At the Wheeler County Bluegrass Festival, Chick Rose teaches young musicians the joys of bluegrass and Americana music. This festival has grown steadily over its history and is noted for its pleasant rural atmosphere in the old pioneer town of Fossil. There's no admission charged for most festival events.
