Portland mosaic artist Ruth Greenberg simply wasn’t satisfied with traditional mosaic tile work. She invented her own process from scratch and became a patent-holding inventor as well as head of a successful mosaic workshop. She creates her tiles by hand, and uses them for realistic images and abstract patterns.
