Squawfish are devouring endangered Salmon smolt, and now there's a bounty on them in an attempt to protect the smolt heading downstream. The Squawfish population has soared along the many hydroelectric dams which cross the mighty Columbia River. Biologist, researchers and fisheries managers are all studying the problem, and have come up with some innovative ways to catch and use the Squawfish.
