Mt. Bailey Sno-cat Skiing

In storm or sunshine this crowd makes for the steeps. Sno-cats allow some of the world's best skiers to conquer even the most remote parts of Mt. Bailey. No chairlifts, groomed slopes, nor gentle ski runs, Mt. Bailey is a cloud-shrouded mystery to most. Potential avalanches and thick tree cover makes this area too dangerous for beginners, but for these extreme skiers this area offers a much-sought-after feeling of solitude and discovery.
