At 300 feet, Munson Creek Falls, near Tillamook, is the highest waterfall in the Coast Range. When a timber company put the land around the creek up for sale, an alliance including the River Conservancy and the Paul Allen Forest Protection Fund bought the land and turned it over to the state.
