Dr. Cynthia Suchman conducts jellyfish research at the Hatfield Marine Science Center in Newport, Oregon. Suchman focuses her research on the Sea Nettle Jellyfish which lives off the Oregon Coast. There is concern that this predator is competing with local fish populations for the same food sources.
