Producer Pick: Mt. Hood Kiwanis Camp
Join some amazing kids who, for one fun filled week, are able to forget about their disabilities and really enjoy the outdoors. This camp, which has been open almost 50 years, puts the emphasis on what the campers can do and not what they can't. For many of the 600 plus campers each summer, this is the first time they've been away from home on their own. It is truly awe inspiring to watch them push their limits and cross a raging stream balanced on a cable, climb a steep wall, ride the white water, swing thirty feet in the air and much more. And they do it all with a big smile on their face.
