Newport's Oyster Cloyster Festival
Each November, the Oyster Cloyster Festival in Newport brings chefs and eaters together for a celebration of the oyster. A fundraiser for the Aquarium Science Program at Oregon Coast Community College, the event includes a chefs' competition and an array of ways to prepare oysters.
