There are about 20 active land trusts operating in Oregon. In this section, an annotated map offers profiles of eight of these trusts. The profiles are designed to allow trust-to-trust comparison. Information includes the mission of the trust, as well as the acreage and type of properties. Each of the featured trusts was also invited to share their greatest achievement.
The trusts featured on this map were selected to indicate the geographic diversity, range of landforms and variety of goals encompassed by the land trust movement in Oregon.
