First of a two-part look at legalized gambling in Oregon. This week we focus on tribal casinos and discuss the economics and financial impact of these casinos -- as well as take a look at who goes to casinos and how a new casino in Cascade Locks will play out.

Next week we'll examine the state lottery and some of the concerns raised by funding state programs with gambling profits.
