With the resignation of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor and the declining health of Chief Justice William Rehnquist, speculation about the future of the court is rampant.

This week, we explore Justice O'Connor's legacy on the court, her impact as a former Western rancher, and how her influence played out in Oregon. We’ll be talking with two lawyers who have worked on cases that ended up in the U.S. Supreme Court, and will be exploring some of the issues the new court will face.

Host: Christy George

Guest: Steven Green, law professor at Willamette University; Dave Frohnmayer, president of University of Oregon & former state Attorney General.
